Seb is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a degree in Sports Therapy from Birmingham City University, where he developed specialist knowledge in musculoskeletal assessment, injury treatment, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
Dedicated to helping clients move better, recover faster, and perform at their best, Seb takes a comprehensive approach to treatment. Whether you’re managing an injury, dealing with persistent aches and pains, or looking to optimise your physical performance, he combines effective sports massage techniques with evidence-based rehabilitation strategies to deliver long-term results.
Through his experience working with rugby teams and athletes from a range of sporting backgrounds, Seb has gained valuable insight into both the treatment and prevention of injuries. His expertise allows him not only to address symptoms but also to identify the root causes of dysfunction, creating tailored rehabilitation and exercise programmes that restore strength, improve mobility, and reduce the risk of future problems.
Away from the clinic, Seb has a genuine passion for sport and fitness. A keen footballer, he recently founded and manages his own Sunday League team. His active lifestyle, combined with his professional training, gives him a strong understanding of the physical demands his clients face and enables him to provide practical, effective treatment that helps them achieve their goals with confidence.
