Remarkable interactive swim event

Coach Paul’s session will help you reduce injury, improve performance and move your swim training to the next level.

He will show you how to significantly improve your swim stroke by demonstrating common faults, causes and corrections, learned over many years of training and coaching. This exciting session is limited to 15 people to allow for maximum interaction.

This event is suitable for novice swimmers, triathletes and club swimmers. Pool based and open water techniques will be covered during the session and will be shaped by Coach Paul’s response to your swim issues and challenges. A select few will be invited into the pool to work with him.
