Posture at the Workplace

We would like to remind our patients that as part of our educational series we are providing presentations on a number of topics throughout the year for all of our patients.

This is a complimentary service ran by the Physiotherapy and sports massage team, for all our patients, their families and friends.

The current presentation is covering “Posture and healthy workplace”. We aim to run these lectures every three weeks on a Tuesday evening from 6.30pm – 8pm the next scheduled lecture is on Tuesday 29th October 2019.

To keep the group personal and interactive we need to limit the group size to 5 people, so as you can imagine places are already being reserved.
