Tom Bergmann

Tom completed his degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Southampton in 2006. He has worked in the NHS since graduating and has just left University College London Hospitals NHS Trust where he spent the last seven years as a senior therapist.  He also has a background in sports physiotherapy having spent five years working at Southampton Football Club with the Academy teams.

He has also contributed towards a major clinical research trial and has undertaken additional Masters Studies.

Tom’s special interests are in sports and lower limb physiotherapy. Tom has considerable experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation, particularly following hip arthroscopy and osteotomy surgery as well as knee ligament and multi-ligament reconstruction surgery.  Tom enjoys keeping patients fully engaged and motivated through all their stages of recovery to ensure a confident return to sport and activity.
