Niamh Henry

Master of Physiotherapy, HCPC

Niamh graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon Univerity, Scotland and is also a qualified pilates instructor and sports massage therapist.

On completion of her degree, Niamh worked as a Physotherapist with Aberdeen Football Club's Youth Academy where she gained valuable experience in the rehabilitation of elite youth athletes.

Naimh hails from a strong sporting background having previously competed in a variety of different sports including athletics, hocky and football. Her background as an amateur sprinter means she has extensive knowledge surrounding biomechanics and running-related injuries. She is particulary passionate about the rehabilitation of hamstring injuries.

Niamh understands the challenges that can arise during the rehabilitation process and prioritises her patients' well being in helping them achieve their goals. She is passionate about delivering expert treatment in a positive and empathetic manner.

She will provide an individualised and structured approach to rehabilitation and injury prevention, drawing on her physiotherapy experience, knowledge and skills to ensure patients can get back to doing what they love!
