Laura began her studies in Ireland, obtaining a certificate in Health Science and Physiology before completing a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Northumbria. Since then she has gained a wealth of experience in many different settings within the NHS as a junior physiotherapist before choosing to specialise as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist
Laura has a keen interest in sports, she has enjoyed the role of team physiotherapist for both Fulham Irish and Round Towers Ladies and Mens Gaelic football teams over three consecutive seasons. As well as an avid gaelic football player, she enjoys cycling, running and yoga.
Laura has a keen interest in pilates based rehabilitation, having completed APPI level 1 qualification and has experience of leading classes in this. She enjoys treating a wide variey of musculoskeletal conditions, using a hands on approach whilst always ensuring each client is treated as an individual and working with each client to ensure the treatment is tailored to their individual goals.
