Yongho holds a degree in Sports & Exercise Sciences BSc Hons, and is also currently in his second year at St. George’s University studying Physiotherapy. He has achieved an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, and has previously qualified as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), specialising in injury rehab and prevention, as well as athletic development.
Yongho comes with over three years’ experience as a physiotherapy assistant in the USA, as well as over a year in stroke rehabilitation here in the UK. He has also worked in the running specialty industry for over seven years and has a deep interest in and knowledge of running analysis and footwear.
Yongho cycles everywhere he goes and enjoys going to the gym. When he isn’t working or at university, he loves playing basketball or squash, and watching NFL.
