Lisa completed an undergraduate degree in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University and went on complete an MSc in Physiotherapy from Kings College London.
Since then she has worked in Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal settings within the NHS and private sector and also worked as the lead physiotherapist for the London Gaelic football team for two years.
Lisa enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries but has a special interest in shoulder injuries varying from overuse, to instability and post-surgical cases. She analyses the biomechanics of movements and incorporates manual therapy and sports specific rehab where needed to ensure long term improvements.
Lisa has also gained accreditation in Acupuncture from AACP and enjoys incorporating pilates based movements in to rehabilitation programmes. She ensures to treat each client as an individual and tailors her treatment to the specific needs of that individual.
In her spare time Lisa is a keen runner and gym goer and continues to play ladies Gaelic football at a competitive level.
