Do I need to be referred?
No, you do not need a referral to see a chartered physiotherapist at our clinic.
How do I book an appointment?
For physiotherapy appointments and all other treatments please telephone us on: 020 8542 7788.
For hydrotherapy appointments please telephone us on: 020 8540 9844.
We hope to launch our internet booking service soon.
How quickly will I be seen?
We are normally able to offer new patients an appointment within 48 hours of calling. If we have availability, we will offer you an appointment on the same day.
How do I claim my treatment costs?
We are happy to deal directly with most major insurance companies. In order to do this, we ask you to bring full details of your insurance policy (including your membership number and treatment authorisation number/code) when you come for your 1st appointment. If you are unable to supply us with these, or prefer to reclaim the costs yourself, we will issue you a receipt which you can send directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.
How do I pay?
We will ask you for payment at the end of each appointment (unless we are claiming from your insurance company on your behalf).
We accept the following methods of payment: cash, credit/debit card and cheque.
We are very sorry but we do not take American Express.
